So, I'm back from Atlanta. I had a great time and it was pretty crappy having to leave Douglas. Just reminds me to keep my nose to the grind and reach goals. I just tattooed my aunt, first tattoo since I got back so I was a little worried I would've digressed. I don't think it turned out so bad though :) Probably should've used a different red-ish color instead of burgundy. She was so tan, it's going to be reddish-brown when it heals. We'll see..

Difficult to see. Always in motion is the future.

Been on vacation from the blog..

But I have been tattooing. More tribal today thanks to Dan, and last week my Aunt finally let me tattoo her. What a champ, not a peep, and I thought she was asleep! Also still working on the working class stuff, I'm not sure how to fill the "Coal Miner's Daughter" set, so I'm brainstorming.

it's my first full color, i already see a few things I need to fix, but otherwise I'm pretty content :)

Also, getting tired of listening to a certain tattoo artist's rants about 1. new tattoo artists and 2. not having money

You don't have money because you have a shitty attitude toward all clients who don't want an artistic masterpiece- you took your "style" from new artists.. get over yourself.

I'm so glad I'm a Monkey, no one I work with acts like a rock star. :)

A family paid to have 3 large tattoos done, awesome. However, they brought the whole family, including a baby, who dropped a load in her diaper, which they threw in our bathroom trash. So now it smells like baby poo (baby is my least favorite smell in the world), and they will continue to be here and smell like baby poo till we close.. that is not awesome.

The line work for Douglas' Star Wars tattoo has been finished, unfortunately dampered with the death of my grandmother. She will be missed greatly. <3
