Oh well

More car troubles today, so I only got to think about my great flash ideas. Tomorrow I will work like crazy!

This picture is in line work above my left knee, it was my first tattoo (That I tattooed, that is). I think I will color it in soon. :)

brick by brick, you will have your day..

Painting walls today got me thinking about a couple of things:

1. Should a major cookie company be considered cruel and heartless if they reproduce the cherished (and more importantly, seasonal) Girl Scout cookies?

and 2. Work about the working class, the struggle to make ends meet, also focusing on the traveler, and the transience of being a nomad in America.

It's also a little disheartening when you reach out to those you greatly respect and they don't respond.. but I guess they didn't ask to be heroes..

One door opens and another closes.

The newb gets it! Also, a fellow finished apprentice has given her two weeks..she will be missed.

Also, messed up a perfectly good drawing..guess what part will get cropped?

new set of wheels!

Equals first storm chase of the season :)

wow.

It's a sad day, when a newbie thinks the only way to get through her apprenticeship is to act like a groupie. ..ugh.

It's been a while..

I practically fell off the face of the earth, and then found myself. I'm 8 months into my tattoo apprenticeship, and practicing on friends and family. After 11 years of asking for an apprenticeship, I would never take back all the time in between when I went to art school, went abroad, and tested corporate waters (a.k.a. crappy cubicle design jobs).

However, I do know this is where I belong, and am more than grateful someone gave me the opportunity to learn and grow further.
Anywho, this was a piece of work I finished for Steve Phipps recently.
